1、协助二次元游戏在港澳台地区的社区运营工作，包括但不限于内容策划、文案撰写、素材创意执行、活动支持与落地跟进等。 2、关注海外地区游戏及ACG相关热点话题，结合产品世界观与核心卖点，协助产出具备传播性与社区讨论度的内容。 3、根据产品不同阶段（如预约期、上线期、版本更新期等），协助进行社区内容排期、活动执行及上线跟进，保障内容按时发布。 4、协助维护社区生态，参与UGC及创作者激励活动的策划与执行，促进优质内容产出，提升社区活跃度。 5、协助监控社区数据表现及舆情动态，整理用户反馈、互动情况与内容表现，参与阶段性复盘及优化建议输出。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，新闻传播、市场营销、外语、游戏相关专业优先；每周可实习4天及以上，连续实习3个月以上者优先。 2、热爱游戏，关注二次元文化，对ACG内容生态有一定了解；有二次元游戏深度体验者优先，有《碧蓝航线》相关游戏经验者优先。 3、对海外游戏市场、玩家文化及繁中语境有一定认知，能够理解当地用户的内容偏好与表达习惯。 4、熟悉或了解Facebook、YouTube、X、Discord等海外主流社区/内容平台，有相关使用经验者优先。
