1. 负责系统整体架构设计与核心功能开发，推动前后端一体化方案落地，建设通用化、可配置、可扩展的系统框架，支撑业务快速接入与持续迭代。 2. 负责智能编排框架设计与实现，支持任务分解、工具调用、结果聚合与推理链路管理，满足复杂数据分析场景的自动化需求。 3. 负责 RAG 系统建设，完成文档向量化、检索增强及集成，提升回答准确性与业务相关性。 4. 搭建效果评估与监控分析体系，包括效果评估、A/B 测试、埋点监控、告警与数据分析，支持持续优化与问题定位。 5. 承担全栈交付与技术攻坚职责，负责前后端开发、接口设计、联调测试、部署上线，并推动任务拆解、风险识别和项目落地。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上开发经验，具备扎实的全栈开发能力。 2. 熟悉主流后端开发技术栈，精通 Java 或 Python，掌握 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等框架，具备良好的服务端设计与开发能力。 3. 具备扎实的数据开发与工程能力，熟练使用 SQL 并具备性能优化经验，有 项目经验，熟悉至少一种引擎。 4. 具备微服务与高并发系统实践经验，熟悉服务治理、容器化部署、灰度/滚动发布，掌握中间件及缓存、异步处理等常见方案。 5. 具备前端开发与大模型工程经验者优先，熟悉管理后台、数据看板等前端开发，了解大模型应用、工作流编排及框架。
