1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，有高并发、高DAU游戏项目运维经验； 2. 熟练掌握Python/Golang中至少一门语言，有相关运维自动化经验； 3. 至少熟悉使用主流运维工具中的一种。熟悉至少一种监控系统、对现有监控的维护和调优； 4. 具备中间件/容器化运维经验。具备CDN运维经验，和各CDN厂商沟通协调版更相关事宜，经历过大流量、大带宽经验优先； 5. 具备公有云运维经验，有产品运维经验优先。具备良好的沟通能力，有上进心和求知欲，敢于突破现状追求卓越，能够承受一定的工作压力。
