1、视频物料策划及落地：协同团队完成SNS运营目标，独立提炼产品卖点、策划视频物料并全流程跟进落地； 2、图文PGC栏目策划：负责PGC物料的策划与落地，包括但不限于图文栏目、短视频、互动活动等，并对其进行质量把关； 3、内容管理与管线建设：对接IP、研发、美术等资产更新，进行管线迭代、资产同步与沉淀，协助游戏宣发资产的集中管理。 4、制定并优化SNS策略：根据游戏产品节点，制定并优化SNS宣发策略，提升游戏曝光度和用户参与度，提高游戏品牌认知度；

1、5年以上新媒体运营或内容创意经验，具备丰富的ACG文化或游戏行业背景，熟悉主流社区平台及内容调性； 2、热爱ACG文化，有独特的审美和用户认知，可以独立洞察用户需求，落地卖点分析，清晰、有逻辑地表述自己的创意并跟进落地； 3、有较强的创意能力和原型演示能力，能较好地传达自身的idea，有ps、pr、ae等内容制作经验有大量加分； 4、了解3D产品研发管线，能够正确评估内容制作成本，有较高的审美水平和把控经验； 5、工作积极主动，抗压能力强，具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
