1、3年以上灯光渲染工作经验，熟悉游戏引擎材质渲染模块 2、全面了解实时照明技术(包括顶点照明，动态照明，次表面散射，HDR和预烘焙的光照贴图解决方案)，具备扎实的艺术功底，包括对色彩理论、构图、灯光和造型的全面理解 3、熟悉灯光渲染制作流程，并熟悉各个环节与灯光渲染的衔接过程 4、具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑思考能力，有较高的自我要求
