1. 大世界性能优化：负责大世界场景的 CPU / GPU / 内存全链路性能剖析与优化，持续提升游戏运行帧率与稳定性，确保各平台性能达标； 2. 渲染管线调优：基于渲染管线进行材质、Shader、光照、后处理等全链路渲染性能调优，平衡视觉品质与运行效率； 3. 全平台画质分级：制定 PC / 主机 / 移动端三级画质策略与适配方案，针对不同平台硬件特性进行差异化优化，保障全平台体验一致性； 4. 资源管线与规范建设：建立大世界美术资源生产规范与质量标准，开发自动化检测与优化工具，推动制作流程标准化与效率提升； 5. 流式加载与内存管控：负责大世界流式加载架构的性能调优与内存管控，解决加载卡顿与内存峰值问题。

1. 5 年以上游戏行业技术美术（TA）从业经验，至少 1 个大世界 / 开放世界项目性能优化经验； 2. 熟悉引擎，扎实的图形学基础，熟悉实时渲染管线，深入理解渲染管线架构与渲染流程； 3. 熟悉性能分析工具链（Profiler、Frame Debugger、Memory Profiler、RenderDoc 等），能系统性地进行性能分析与优化； 4. 具备大世界场景优化实战经验：流式加载、LOD 体系、地形系统、植被系统、遮挡剔除等核心技术； 5. 熟悉 PC / 主机 / 移动端至少两类平台的硬件特性与优化策略。
