About the Role We're looking for a passionate Demi Chef to join our hospitality team and help create enjoyable dining experiences for our residents. Working closely with the Head Chef and catering team, you'll prepare nutritious, high-quality meals while contributing to a welcoming dining experience that supports resident wellbeing and choice. What You'll Do
Prepare and deliver nutritious meals, snacks, and dining experiences for residents Ensure meals are prepared and served in line with dietary requirements and preferences Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and customer service Support meal service delivery in accordance with kitchen schedules and service standards Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and hospitality team Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and minimisation of food waste Follow food safety, infection control, and workplace safety requirements at all times

What You'll Bring
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery Current Food Handling Certificate or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment A genuine passion for food and creating positive dining experiences Strong food preparation, organisation, and time management skills Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety, and infection control practices Willingness to complete:
