About the Role We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses with 2+ years of post-registration experience to join our team as a Roving Night Duty RN. Supporting multiple care communities, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional overnight clinical care, providing leadership to care teams, and ensuring the highest standards of resident wellbeing and safety. This unique position offers the opportunity to broaden your experience across diverse care settings while working independently and making a meaningful impact where your expertise is needed most. What You'll Do
Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
