Um die Betreuung unserer Kunden in der West- und Mittelschweiz weiter auszubauen, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/-n Anwendungstechniker/-in, welche/-r das Gebiet in dieser Region übernimmt und unsere Kunden hier unterstützt.

Ihre Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte

  • Technische Kundenbetreuung: Technische Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Kunden in der West- und Mittelschweiz bei anspruchsvollen CAM-Anwendungen und Programmierstrategien, sowohl im digitalen Support, als auch vor Ort
  • Trainings und Workshops: Durchführung von Installationen, Schulungen, Workshops und Präsentationen rund um hyperMILL
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb: Technische Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Kundenterminen, Demonstrationen, Evaluierungen und der Gewinnung von Neukunden
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Kooperation: Zusammenarbeit mit dem Support, anderen nationalen und internationalen Anwendungstechnikern sowie dem Produktmanagement

Ihr Profil

  • Gute Kenntnisse in der CAM-Programmierung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in mindestens einem CAM-System, hyperMILL – Kenntnisse sind nicht zwingend erforderlich, aber ein großer Vorteil
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der CNC-Zerspanung: Sehr gutes Verständnis von Fräsprozessen, Werkzeugen, Bearbeitungsstrategien und CNC-Maschinen, idealerweise in der 5-Achs-Bearbeitung mit gängigen Maschinensteuerungen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende und sichere Anwendung der französischen Sprache für die professionelle technische Beratung und Schulung französischsprachiger Kunden, gute Deutsch – und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Vorteil
  • Nice to haves: Kenntnisse aus anspruchsvollen Fertigungsbranchen wie der Uhrenindustrie, Medizintechnik, Formenbau, Luftfahrt oder allgemeinem Maschinenbau
  • Reisebereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu regelmässiger Reisetätigkeit innerhalb des Betreuungsgebiet
