Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un Ingénieur DevOps expérimenté, expert Linux et OpenShift, capable d’intervenir sur des environnements critiques à grande échelle.

Votre rôle

Vous rejoindrez une équipe technique engagée dans la conception, l’automatisation et l’exploitation d’environnements containerisés et cloud-native. Votre mission principale sera de concevoir, déployer et administrer des clusters OpenShift et Kubernetes, tout en garantissant performance, fiabilité et sécurité.

Vos responsabilités

  • Administrer, configurer et optimiser des systèmes Linux/Unix (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu) pour supporter des applications et services critiques.
  • Administrer, déployer et maintenir des clusters Kubernetes et OpenShift.
  • Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de vie des conteneurs : création d’images, gestion des registres et automatisation des déploiements.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour automatiser les pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Mettre en place des outils de supervision et de monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) pour suivre la santé et la performance des systèmes.
  • Implémenter les bonnes pratiques de sécurité au niveau OS, réseau et orchestration.
  • Contribuer à la documentation technique, à la standardisation des environnements et à l’amélioration continue.
  • Participer au support de niveau 3 et à l’analyse des incidents complexes d’infrastructure.

Compétences techniques principales :

  • Solide expérience sur Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Ubuntu)
  • Maîtrise de RedHat OpenShift (installation, configuration, networking, sécurité)
  • Bonne connaissance de Kubernetes et des outils de containerisation (Docker)
  • Expérience sur les pipelines CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI…)
  • Compétences en scripting et automatisation (Shell, Python, Ansible)
  • Compréhension des architectures Web Services (REST, SOAP, microservices)
  • Connaissance des outils de supervision et de log management
  • Capacité à résoudre des incidents complexes et à diagnostiquer des environnements distribués

Atouts supplémentaires :

  • Connaissance d’outils comme Helm, Nginx, Apache
  • Familiarité avec les approches DevSecOps et les pratiques d’infrastructure as code
  • Sensibilité aux enjeux de sécurité et de conformité (TLS/SSL, RBAC, audits)
  • Certification Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280) appréciée

Profil recherché

  • Bac +3 à Bac +5 (Informatique, Systèmes, Cloud ou équivalent)
  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans des environnements DevOps, Cloud ou Infrastructure
  • Esprit d’équipe, curiosité technique et goût pour l’automatisation
  • Capacité à évoluer dans des contextes exigeants et dynamiques
