implementaties succesvol maakt, maar ook duurzame relaties opbouwt, commerciële

kansen ziet en dealers en schadeherstelbedrijven helpt het maximale uit ons platform te

halen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het succes én de groei van jouw klantportfolio.

Openclaims is het digitale platform dat verzekeraars, leasemaatschappijen, dealers en

schadeherstelbedrijven met elkaar verbindt. Dagelijks ondersteunen wij duizenden

schadedossiers en helpen wij de markt sneller, slimmer en efficiënter samen te werken.

Jouw rol

Als Customer Success & Growth Manager ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor dealers, dealership

holdings, MSO’s en schadeherstelbedrijven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor implementaties,

adoptie, support, commerciële groei en langdurige klantrelaties. Daarnaast ben je

eindverantwoordelijk voor de omzet binnen jouw klantportfolio door de verkoop van

aanvullende producten, modules en integraties.

Wat ga je doen?

• Begeleiden van implementaties en onboarding van nieuwe klanten.

• Zorgen voor optimaal gebruik en de juiste inrichting van het Openclaims-platform.

• Opbouwen van duurzame relaties met directies, vestigingsmanagers en operationele gebruikers.

• Signaleren en realiseren van commerciële kansen door verkoop van aanvullende

• producten, modules en integraties.

• Eindverantwoordelijk voor omzet, adoptie, retentie en klanttevredenheid.

• Coördineren van support en oplossen van complexe klantvraagstukken.

• Vertalen van klantfeedback naar Product Management.

• Samenwerken met Product, Development, Support en Customer Success voor opdrachtgevers.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een energieke relatiebouwer met een commerciële instelling. Je begrijpt de

dagelijkse praktijk van dealers en schadeherstelbedrijven en krijgt energie van het

succesvol maken van klanten.

Jij brengt mee

• HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau.

• 3 tot 6 jaar relevante werkervaring.

• Ervaring binnen automotive, schadeherstel, leasing, verzekeringen of automotive

• software.

• Affiniteit met software en digitalisering.

• Sterke commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden.

Je hebt een streepje voor als je ervaring hebt bij

• Een dealership holding of dealerorganisatie.

• Een schadeherstelbedrijf of MSO.

• Een verzekeraar of leasemaatschappij actief in de schadebranche.

• Een softwareleverancier binnen automotive.
