REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- 8+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or enterprise sales

- Demonstrated track record of building and converting relationships into closed revenue — whether through partner channels, direct sales, or business development

- Executive presence with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills — comfortable leading conversations at the VP and C-suite level

- Strong cross-functional communication skills; able to influence without authority across internal teams and external partners

- Ability to travel approximately 20%

- Background in govtech SaaS — financial management, permitting, procurement, or civic tech platforms

- Existing relationships within govtech-focused SIs (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, or regional public sector consultancies)

Compensation:

Atlanta, GA: $170,000 - $190,000

On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
