Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine*n Consultant Application-Support (m/w/d), der/die unsere Bestandskunden professionell betreut und als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktentwicklung, Projekten und Support agiert.

Wichtig: Dies ist keine Projektmanager-Rolle. Wir suchen eine Person mit technischem Background und erster Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft, die Freude daran hat, Projekte beim Kunden mit OpenTAS durchzuführen – in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Projektleiterinnen, ohne selbst die PM-Verantwortung zu tragen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung unserer internationalen Bestandskunden im Bereich Application-Support
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Optimierung fachlicher und technischer Geschäftsprozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Übergabe von Implementierungsprojekten in den operativen Support
  • Mitarbeit in Kundenprojekten zur Einführung/Erweiterung von OpenTAS (keine Projektmanager-Rolle) – du arbeitest eng mit Projektleitung und Produktentwicklung zusammen und hast Freude daran, Vor-Ort- und Remote-Projektarbeit beim Kunden zu leisten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktentwicklung durch funktionale Best-Practice-Beratung und aktive Teilnahme an internen Qualitätsprozessen
  • Technische Fehleranalyse und Bearbeitung komplexer Supportfälle
  • Mitarbeit an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Support-Standards

Deine Skills

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine kaufmännische bzw. technische Ausbildung (IHK)
  • Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung (z. B. 1–3 Jahre) im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise im Application-Support oder kundennahem Consulting
  • Erste Erfahrung im Projektgeschäft (Mitarbeit an IT-/Software-Implementierungsprojekten) – ohne PM-Verantwortung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in relationalen Datenbanken sowie sicherer Umgang mit SQL und PL/SQL
  • ITIL-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse in Cloud-Technologien (z. B. AWS) wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an neuen Technologien
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude an komplexen Fragestellungen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Vergütung

Für diese Position liegt die Gehaltsspanne bei 70.000 € bis 90.000 € brutto pro Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis. Die konkrete Einstufung innerhalb der Gehaltsspanne erfolgt anhand objektiver und geschlechtsneutraler Kriterien, insbesondere relevanter Berufserfahrung, Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen.
