Kontext der Position

Als Werkstudent unterstützt du unser IT-Team im täglichen Betrieb eines internationalen Softwareunternehmens. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Systembetrieb, der Betreuung von Endgeräten und der Bereitstellung von Software. Dabei arbeitest du mit internen Fachbereichen und externen IT-Dienstleistern zusammen. Ergänzend erhältst du Einblicke in unser Informationssicherheitsmanagement.

Deine Aufgaben

  • SysOps: Unterstützung beim Betrieb und der Überwachung unserer IT-Systeme sowie bei der Analyse und Bearbeitung technischer Störungen.
  • Client Management: Mitwirkung bei der Einrichtung, Verwaltung und Aktualisierung von Laptops, Benutzerkonten und Arbeitsumgebungen sowie beim IT-Onboarding und -Offboarding.
  • Software-Management: Unterstützung bei der Bereitstellung, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Anwendungen sowie bei der Pflege von Software- und Lizenzübersichten.
  • IT-Support: Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Dokumentation von Lösungen und Abstimmung mit unseren externen IT-Dienstleistern.
  • IT-Projekte: Mitarbeit bei technischen Verbesserungen, Systemumstellungen und der Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben.
  • ISMS: Ergänzende Unterstützung bei der Pflege von IT-Dokumentation, Richtlinien und Nachweisen für unser Informationssicherheitsmanagement.

Deine Skills

  • Du studierst Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du interessierst dich für IT-Betrieb, Endgeräteverwaltung und Software und gehst technischen Problemen gerne auf den Grund.
  • Erste Kenntnisse in Windows, Microsoft 365, Cloud-Diensten oder Netzwerken sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrungen mit Ticketsystemen, Skripting oder IT-Sicherheit sind willkommen, aber keine Voraussetzung.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig und eigenständig und kommunizierst gut auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du bist bereit, regelmäßig vor Ort zu arbeiten und unseren hybriden Arbeitsalltag mit etwa zwei bis drei Präsenztagen pro Woche zu unterstützen.
