Kontext der Position

Als Lead Consultant (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die fachliche Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Softwareimplementierungsprojekte und begleitest unsere Kunden von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Dabei verbindest Du fundierte Projekterfahrung mit technischem Verständnis und einem sicheren Umgang mit Kunden und internen Stakeholdern. Du strukturierst komplexe Anforderungen, koordinierst Ressourcen und Prioritäten und stellst sicher, dass Projekte effizient, qualitativ hochwertig und termingerecht umgesetzt werden. Dabei übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle in der Projektsteuerung und bist für unsere Kunden und internen Teams ein verlässlicher Ansprechpartner.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von IT-Softwareprojekten von der Initiierung und Planung bis zur Übergabe.
  • Du leitest und steuerst Softwareimplementierungsprojekte in der DACH-Region und international.
  • Du koordinierst funktionsübergreifende Teams aus Softwareentwicklung, Consulting und kundenseitigen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Du nimmst Kundenanforderungen auf, strukturierst und spezifizierst diese.
  • Du begleitest Systemkonfigurationen, Integrationstests, Testmanagement und Go-Live-Phasen.
  • Du stimmst Dich eng mit kundenseitigen Stakeholdern aus Betrieb, IT und Technik ab.
  • Du steuerst Projektprioritäten, Ressourcen, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten.
  • Du stellst eine termingerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Projektumsetzung sicher.
  • Du nutzt Jira oder vergleichbare Tools für Dokumentation und Projektsteuerung.

Deine Skills

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Durchführung und Leitung von IT- bzw. Softwareimplementierungsprojekten, idealerweise in einer Senior- oder Lead-Funktion.
  • Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Softwareimplementierung und im direkten Kundenkontakt mit.
  • Erfahrung mit dem Microsoft Technology Stack ist von Vorteil.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Testmanagement, Anforderungsmanagement und technischer Dokumentation.
  • Erfahrung mit Jira oder vergleichbaren Tools ist von Vorteil.
  • Kenntnisse von TMS/MES-Systemen oder Erfahrung in industriellen bzw. prozessnahen Umgebungen sind ein Plus.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Du bringst eine Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20–30 % mit.
  • Dein Arbeitsmodell kombiniert Hamburg und Remote-Arbeit.
