Misión del puesto

La misión del rol es brindar una excelente atención al cliente vía telefónica, que permita realizar una compra con opción de servicio a domicilio, de acuerdo con el protocolo de servicio y los procedimientos y políticas establecidos por la organización.

Descripción de puesto

Responsabilidades clave - Responder en todo momento las llamadas entrantes para brindar atención de calidad al cliente. - Verificar y documentar de forma correcta y sin errores, las solicitudes de los clientes en el sistema de compras y asignación de pedidos. - Orientar al cliente respecto a la existencia de productos, promociones vigentes, servicios y/o ubicación de las tiendas. - Atender y dar seguimiento a quejas del servicio, buscando pronta solución. - Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada.

Requisitos - Preparatoria concluida - 6 meses de experiencia en atención telefónica a clientes/ ventas.
