Misión del puesto

La misión del rol es garantizar la atracción del mejor talento y la cobertura de vacantes en tiempo y forma con base al perfil de puesto, de acuerdo con las políticas, lineamientos, protocolos y procesos establecidos por la organización.

Descripción de puesto

Responsabilidades clave - Proponer nuevas técnicas y estrategias de atracción de talento. - Asegurar la correcta gestión del proceso de reclutamiento tanto operativo como staff. - Mantener constante comunicación con el área operativa para gestionar procesos de cobertura y movimientos de personal. - Realizar visitas a sucursal para detectar necesidades de reclutamiento y recomendaciones para dar solución. - Analizar indicadores de cobertura, productividad/efectividad del equipo a cargo, rotación, etc.

Requisitos - Licenciatura en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Pedagogía, Psicología o afín. - 2+ años de experiencia en reclutamiento y selección. - Conocimiento de bolsas de empleo digitales, redes sociales, reclutamiento en campo, psicometría, técnicas de entrevista.
