Logis à en charge l'étude, la conception, l'installation, le déploiement, le support utilisateurs, la gestion et la maintenance des infrastructures et réseaux ainsi que la cybersécurité. RESPONSABILITÉS – MISSIONS :

Au sein de la DSI et sous la responsabilité du Responsable Infrastructure, Support et Cybersécurité, le technicien support exploitation assure la gestion courante de l’exploitation (hors réseau) dans le respect des plannings et de la qualité attendue. Il surveille le fonctionnement des équipements informatiques physiques et logiques du centre de production, dans le cadre des normes, méthodes d’exploitation et de sécurité. Il est le premier point de contact concernant l’assistance technique des utilisateurs des différentes sociétés.

  • Effectuer l'installation initiale des équipements informatiques et/ou téléphoniques (applications, matériel micro, matériels de téléphonie et péritéléphonie).
  • Gérer le parc informatique connecté au réseau.
  • Gérer les incidents d’exploitation (diagnostic, intervention, alerte).
  • Effectuer la maintenance applicative de dépannage de 1er niveau.
  • Suivre le fonctionnement des ressources du site.
  • Suivre l’exploitation des systèmes et outils de production.
  • Rédiger de la documentation.

PROFIL IDEAL :

  • Titulaire d’un BAC+2 dans les domaines du système d’information et vous disposer d'une expérience réussie d’au moins 2 ans dans le domaine. Compétences : Vous maitrisez à minima des outils informatiques (Systèmes d’exploitation les plus reconnus) ; Vous connaissez les règles de sécurité informatique et les télécoms ; Vouss maitrisez la suite Microsoft 365 ; Vous maitrisez les règles d’entretien du matériel informatique ; Vous êtes passionné de nouvelles technologies dans le domaine informatique. Vous êtes : Curieux, rigoureux, autonome et organisé ; Vous avez un bon relationnel : vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit et savez être pédagogue et diplomate ; Réactif et dynamique ; Vous aimez le travail en équipe ; Vous faites preuve d’autonomie ; Anglait écrit ; Vous avez le permis B.
