Vous êtes débrouillard(e), aimez conseiller les clients et avez un intérêt pour la mécanique, l’outillage ou le domaine industriel? Vous aimez les rôles polyvalents où les journées ne se ressemblent pas?

Boulon Hydraulique CMT est à la recherche d’un(e) Commis aux ventes internes et entrepôt pour se joindre à son équipe de Lévis.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez appelé(e) à conseiller une clientèle principalement issue des secteurs du camionnage et de l’industriel, tout en participant aux différentes activités du magasin et de l’entrepôt. Une expérience directe dans un poste similaire n’est pas essentielle : nous recherchons avant tout une personne débrouillarde, polyvalente et qui possède un intérêt ou de bonnes connaissances dans le domaine.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Accueillir, servir et conseiller les clients selon leurs besoins;
  • Effectuer des recherches afin d’identifier les bonnes pièces et les bons produits;
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients et les accompagner dans leurs achats;
  • Préparer les commandes;
  • Réceptionner, vérifier et placer la marchandise;
  • Participer aux différentes tâches quotidiennes du magasin et de l’entrepôt;
  • Utiliser les outils informatiques nécessaires au traitement et au suivi des commandes.

Le profil recherché

  • Vous êtes débrouillard(e), autonome et avez un bon sens du service à la clientèle;
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’informatique et apprenez facilement de nouveaux systèmes;
  • Vous avez un intérêt ou des connaissances en mécanique, en pièces, en outillage ou en produits industriels;
  • Vous aimez chercher des solutions et trouver le bon produit pour répondre aux besoins d'un client;
  • Vous êtes polyvalent(e) et appréciez autant le contact avec les clients que le travail plus manuel en entrepôt;
  • Une expérience dans un environnement de mécanique, de pièces, d’outillage, de camionnage ou industriel constitue un atout;

Conditions de travail

  • Poste permanent à temps plein;
  • Horaire de jour : 8 h à 17 h du lundi au jeudi et jusqu’à 16 h le vendredi;
  • Poste situé au magasin de Lévis;
  • Aucun déplacement requis;
  • Salaire établi selon l’expérience;
  • Possibilité pour les employés d’acheter les produits au prix coûtant.
