Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) commis de bureau qui soit près des opérations de l'entrepôt.

Poste situé à Chateauguay, temps plein et syndiqué.

Horaire : 10h00 à 18h30 -- Salaire : 21,69$/h

Vos principales responsabilités seront :

  • Faire l’entrée de données
  • Effectuer les recherches d’inventaire requises pour les commandes
  • Remettre aux employés d’entrepôt les commandes et les informations relatives aux destinations afin de permettre leur préparation
  • Préparer les BOL (Bill of Lading) à partir de la documentation fournie et validée par le coordonnateur
  • Effectuer la validation des données et documents de travail
  • S’occuper des déclarations d’inventaire dans les commandes et assurer le suivi avec le service à la clientèle
  • Effectuer d’autres tâches reliées au travail de bureau
  • Effectuer des tâches reliées au travail d’entrepôt.

Qualifications et compétences requises

  • Bilinguisme français et anglais parlé et à l’écrit (obligatoire)
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel particulièrement)
  • Expérience de 1 à 2 ans à titre de commis, un atout
  • Expérience avec AX, un atout
  • Autonomie, souci du détail, rapidité d’exécution
  • Intégrité, rigueur, assiduité, esprit d’équipe
  • Être disponible à travailler sur un horaire de soir (10 h 00 à 18 h 30).
