Depuis plusieurs années, MBID Canada accompagne les entreprises canadiennes à titre d’importateur et de distributeur de quincaillerie industrielle, boulonnerie, fixations et produits spécialisés.

Grâce à notre réseau de manufacturiers internationaux et à notre solide pouvoir d’achat, nous importons directement plus de 1 000 produits en grande quantité.

Notre équipe met son expertise au service de ses clients afin de simplifier leur approvisionnement et de leur offrir des solutions fiables et adaptées, que ce soit pour des produits standards ou des besoins plus spécialisés.

Sommaire du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Vendeur(euse) Quincaillerie / outillage industriel pour se joindre à notre équipe de Saint-Jérôme.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable d’accueillir et de conseiller principalement une clientèle B2B du secteur industriel. Vous devrez comprendre leurs besoins, les orienter vers les bons produits et assurer un service à la clientèle professionnel et efficace.

Vos principales responsabilités

  • Accueillir les clients en magasin et comprendre leurs besoins;
  • Conseiller les clients sur les produits de quincaillerie industriels (outillage, boulonnerie fixation, etc.)
  • Proposer des produits et solutions adaptés aux besoins des clients;
  • Effectuer les ventes et assurer un suivi auprès des clients;
  • Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations avec la clientèle;
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs et d’assurer un excellent service;
  • Participer au maintien d’un magasin propre, organisé et bien approvisionné.

Le profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne qui :

  • Possède de l’expérience en vente, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou connexe;
  • A de l’expérience ou un intérêt pour le domaine industriel;
  • Possède des connaissances en quincaillerie ou en outillage;
  • Est axée sur les résultats et le service à la clientèle;
  • Possède un fort esprit d’équipe;
  • Possède de bonnes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle;
  • Est dynamique, autonome et professionnelle;
  • Est curieuse et démontre une volonté d’apprendre.

Ce que nous offrons :

  • Salaire de 25 $ à 30 $/heure, selon l’expérience;

  • Horaire stable de jour : Lundi au jeudi : 7 h 30 à 16 h 30 vendredi : 7 h 30 à 15 h 00
