Je wilt het vak goed leren, met aandacht en begeleiding, en niet meteen in het diepe gegooid worden. Je eerste werkervaring bepaalt hoe je het vak beleeft en of je het volhoudt. Bij Tandheelkundig Centrum Kerkelanden nemen we die verantwoordelijkheid serieus.

Wat ga je doen?

Bij Tandheelkundig Centrum Kerkelanden draag je elke dag bij aan goede, persoonlijke zorg voor onze patiënten. Jij:

  • Assisteert de tandarts bij behandelingen en bereidt de behandelkamer voor
  • Geeft patiënten standaard voorlichting over mondverzorging
  • Voert onder begeleiding eenvoudige tandheelkundige handelingen uit
  • Werkt volgens ons vaste hygiëne- en sterilisatieprotocol
  • Verwerkt administratieve gegevens in het patiëntendossier

Over Tandheelkundig Centrum Kerkelanden

In ons centrum aan de Kerkelandenlaan in Hilversum staat goede zorg voor iedere patiënt centraal. We werken met een persoonlijke aanpak, want een gezond gebit moet een leven lang meegaan. Ons team bestaat uit algemeen tandartsen, tandartsen met een extra specialisatie (onder andere wortelkanaalbehandelingen, esthetische tandheelkunde, implantaten en digitaal gemaakte kronen en bruggen), een mondhygiënist en preventieassistenten. Zo kunnen patiënten voor veel behandelingen bij ons terecht.

We werken met taakdelegatie: iedere patiënt wordt geholpen door de zorgverlener die die behandeling het best kan uitvoeren. Je ziet dus van dichtbij hoe verschillende rollen samenwerken. Dat is handig als je later wilt doorgroeien, bijvoorbeeld richting preventieassistent.

We vinden heldere communicatie belangrijk. Elke behandeling bespreken we eerst met de patiënt: wat er moet gebeuren, hoe lang het duurt en wat het kost. We werken met moderne technieken en materialen. We gebruiken geen amalgaam en werken volledig metaalvrij. Ons team is gewend aan kinderen en pubers en neemt de tijd voor vragen en zorgen van patiënten. Diezelfde aandacht geven we aan nieuwe collega’s.

De praktijk is goed bereikbaar met de auto (gratis parkeren) en het openbaar vervoer. Tandheelkundig Centrum Kerkelanden is aangesloten bij Oral Care Nederland, een landelijk netwerk van mondzorgpraktijken dat lokale eigenheid combineert met meer dan 35 jaar internationale tandheelkundige ervaring.
