Descripción de la vacante:

Liderar estratégicamente la Escuela de Ingeniería Industrial, asegurando la excelencia académica, la actualización constante del plan de estudios y la vinculación efectiva con el entorno empresarial e industrial. Será responsable de promover una formación integral que responda a las tendencias del sector productivo y a las necesidades del mercado laboral.

Responsabilidades:

  • Dirigir la planificación, gestión y desarrollo académico de la Escuela de Ingeniería Industrial.
  • Promover la innovación educativa y la actualización continua de los programas académicos, alineándolos con las demandas del sector industrial.
  • Supervisar el desempeño docente y promover la capacitación continua del equipo académico.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad académica y acreditación nacional e internacional.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial (preferiblemente con maestría o estudios de posgrado).
  • Trayectoria previa en empresas del sector productivo, manufacturero o de operaciones, con enfoque en mejora continua, procesos o gestión industrial.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y pensamiento estratégico.
  • Domino del idioma inglés a nivel avanzado.
