Descripción del Puesto

Responsable de supervisar y administrar las operaciones de tesorería de la empresa, asegurando una gestión eficiente del flujo de efectivo, liquidez, créditos, cobros y cumplimiento oportuno de obligaciones financieras y fiscales. Será clave en la planificación financiera de corto y mediano plazo, así como en la implementación de controles que minimicen riesgos y optimicen recursos.

Responsabilidades

  • Administrar y monitorear el flujo de caja diario, semanal y mensual, garantizando niveles adecuados de liquidez para la operación.
  • Supervisar los procesos de créditos, cobros y recuperación de cartera, asegurando una gestión eficiente del capital de trabajo.
  • Coordinar pagos a proveedores, bancos y demás obligaciones financieras, garantizando cumplimiento oportuno.
  • Elaborar proyecciones de efectivo y planes de financiamiento según necesidades del negocio.
  • Gestionar relaciones con bancos e instituciones financieras para optimizar productos y condiciones.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento fiscal relacionado con tesorería e implementar controles internos para resguardo de fondos.
  • Liderar al equipo del área e impulsar automatización y eficiencia de procesos mediante SAP y herramientas de control.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en CPA, Finanzas o carrera afín.
  • Deseable Maestría en Finanzas o Administración.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares como Jefe, Gerente o Subgerente de Tesorería.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en tesorería, cash flow, créditos y cobros.
  • Manejo de SAP o ERP financiero.
  • Conocimientos fiscales y financieros.
  • Excel avanzado y capacidad analítica.
  • Inglés intermedio deseable.
