El Director de Talento Humano tiene como principal responsabilidad garantizar que la organización cuente con los recursos humanos adecuados, altamente capacitados, motivados y comprometidos para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos y operativos de la empresa.

Su enfoque debe estar en el desarrollo de políticas y estrategias innovadoras que fortalezcan la atracción, retención y desarrollo de talento, alineadas con los valores, misión y visión de la empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión estratégica de talento humano.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas para retener el talento clave, minimizando la rotación de empleados en áreas críticas de la empresa.
  • Mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad de los procesos de selección, asegurando la incorporación de talento calificado, con habilidades que aporten al crecimiento de la organización.
  • Gestionar programas de capacitación y desarrollo profesional para el crecimiento y mejora continua de los colaboradores.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración de Empresas, Administración de RRHH o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 7 años como Director de Talento Humano Regional.
  • Capacidad demostrada para liderar y gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Dominio del idioma inglés a nivel avanzado.
