Objetivo del puesto:

Liderar la estrategia comercial de la unidad de proteína animal, impulsando el crecimiento de ventas, rentabilidad y cobertura de mercado, mientras desarrolla un equipo comercial de alto desempeño y fortalece la gestión de los diferentes canales.

Principales funciones:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para los canales moderno, tradicional, detalle e institucional.
  • Liderar, desarrollar y dar coaching al equipo comercial, fortaleciendo sus capacidades y desempeño.
  • Analizar indicadores comerciales, ventas, rentabilidad y cumplimiento de metas para tomar decisiones oportunas.
  • Gestionar negociaciones con clientes de distintos niveles, incluyendo supermercados y canal detalle.
  • Supervisar la operación comercial en las diferentes localidades, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y estándares establecidos.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Agronomía o carrera afín; maestría deseable.
  • Experiencia en posiciones gerenciales o de liderazgo comercial, idealmente manejando múltiples canales de venta.
  • Experiencia en productos perecederos, preferiblemente proteína animal, industria avícola o consumo masivo.
  • Experiencia comprobada en negociación con supermercados y canal moderno, así como conocimiento de otros canales comerciales.
  • Dominio de SAP y Excel avanzado.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de liderazgo.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar al interior del país aproximadamente 3 días por semana.
