Descripción de la vacante:

Buscamos un Gerente de Compras altamente estratégico para liderar el ciclo completo de abastecimiento en una de las empresas constructoras líderes del sector. Será responsable de ejecutar de forma eficiente la estrategia de compras y abastecimiento de materiales para proyectos de construcción, asegurando la disponibilidad oportuna de insumos, precios competitivos y una gestión sólida de la cadena de suministro, en alineación con los presupuestos y planes definidos por la organización.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar integralmente el proceso de compras y supply chain para proyectos de construcción.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad oportuna de materiales de construcción en obra, evitando quiebres de inventario o retrasos en los proyectos.
  • Negociar con proveedores para obtener precios competitivos, condiciones comerciales favorables y cumplimiento de tiempos de entrega.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de órdenes de compra, entregas y estándares de calidad de los materiales.
  • Coordinar estrechamente con áreas de obra, ingeniería y proyectos para anticipar necesidades de suministro.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización de costos y eficiencia operativa dentro del proceso de compras.
  • Proponer mejoras continuas en procesos de abastecimiento y gestión de la cadena de suministro.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional graduado en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Industrial, Arquitectura o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 5 años en posiciones como Gerente de compras, abastecimiento o supply chain dentro de empresas constructoras.
  • Experiencia comprobada en gestión de materiales de construcción y negociación con proveedores del sector.
  • Perfil proactivo, con enfoque en ejecución y solución de problemas.
