Buscamos un Gerente de Gestión de Talento con visión estratégica, liderazgo humano y capacidad analítica para fortalecer el área de Recursos Humanos y acompañar al negocio en su proceso de crecimiento y transformación.

Funciones específicas:

  • Liderar la estrategia de Gestión de Talento y alinearla con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Fortalecer la cultura, comunicación y experiencia del colaborador.
  • Liderar al equipo de Recursos Humanos y brindar acompañamiento a las diferentes áreas.
  • Diseñar e implementar planes de capacitación, inducción y gestión del cambio.
  • Desarrollar KPIs, análisis y proyectos de digitalización para optimizar la gestión de talento.

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria en Psicología Industrial, Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o afín, con maestría en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Liderazgo o afín, deseable.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia liderando áreas de Recursos Humanos o Gestión de Talento.
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos y acompañamiento estratégico al negocio.
  • Pensamiento crítico y capacidad analítica.
  • Excelentes relaciones interpersonales y habilidades de comunicación.
