Descripción de la vacante:

Buscamos un Gerente Financiero que lidere la evolución financiera de una empresa de tecnología, telecomunicaciones y publicidad digital en etapa de crecimiento. La posición tendrá el reto de transformar información operativa en presupuestos, proyecciones y decisiones de inversión que permitan escalar el negocio de forma rentable.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y liderar el presupuesto anual, los pronósticos financieros semestrales y las proyecciones de flujo de caja de corto, mediano y largo plazo.
  • Elaborar informes financieros ejecutivos y presentar resultados, riesgos y recomendaciones al CEO y a la Junta Directiva.
  • Evaluar proyectos de inversión, planes de negocio y alternativas de financiación que acompañen el crecimiento de la organización.
  • Liderar negociaciones con bancos, gestionar líneas de crédito y fortalecer las relaciones con entidades financieras.

Responsabilidades:

  • Mínimo tres años de experiencia como Gerente financiero, Controler Financiero, Finance Manager o posiciones similares con equipos bajo su cargo.
  • Experiencia demostrable elaborando presupuestos, forecasts, proyecciones financieras y flujos de caja de corto y largo plazo.
  • Experiencia negociando con bancos, gestionando líneas de crédito o estructurando alternativas de financiación.
  • Inglés conversacional indispensable y capacidad para presentar información financiera a altos niveles directivos.
  • Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Economía, Contaduría Pública o carrera afín.
  • Deseable maestría en finanzas o similares.
