Descripción de la vacante:

Importante y sólido grupo empresarial corporativo multisectorial busca a su Gerente Financiero de Capital para liderar desde cero la creación, estructuración y dirección de su nueva Unidad de Capital. El rol es de nivel altamente estratégico y directivo, enfocado en el levantamiento de capital, colocación de instrumentos financieros, captación y estructuración de deuda bancaria corporativa, relación directa con inversionistas/accionistas y consolidación financiera del grupo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Fundar y desarrollar integralmente la unidad de capital del grupo corporativo, diseñando sus políticas, modelos de inversión y armando el equipo de analistas que le reportará directamente.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de levantamiento de fondos mediante emisión de acciones preferentes, colocación de bonos, captación de préstamos a plazos y negociación de líneas de deuda con la banca corporativa.
  • Supervisar y liderar los procesos de consolidación de estados financieros para un grupo complejo, garantizando precisión contable y visión financiera patrimonial.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia comprobada mínima de 3 años como Gerente Financiero con solidos conocimientos en levantamiento de capital, emisión de acciones preferentes, colocación de bonos y captación/estructuración de deuda en banca corporativa o banca de inversión.
  • Perfil profesional como Contador Público y Auditor (CPA), Ingeniero Industrial o Administrador con Maestría en Gestión Financiera, Finanzas Corporativas o M&A.
  • Dominio intermedio-avanzado de inglés.
  • Excelente habilidad de presentación ejecutiva ante Junta Directiva y accionistas.
  • Experiencia sólida consolidando estados financieros en grupos corporativos multisectoriales, centros de servicios compartidos (CSC) o holdings empresariales complejos
