Liderar y transformar el área de Recursos Humanos en una empresa manufacturera en crecimiento, desarrollando procesos sólidos de gestión humana y fortaleciendo el talento de la organización. La posición tendrá autonomía para diseñar e implementar iniciativas de reclutamiento, desarrollo, desempeño y cultura, con impacto directo en la operación.

Funciones específicas:

  • Diseñar e implementar procesos eficientes de reclutamiento y selección para perfiles operativos y administrativos.
  • Desarrollar programas de capacitación, planes de carrera y gestión del desempeño alineados a los objetivos de la organización.
  • Implementar iniciativas de clima laboral, bienestar y cultura organizacional que fortalezcan el compromiso y la retención del talento.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de certificaciones y metodologías de mejora continua aplicables al área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Asesorar estratégicamente a la Gerencia General y a las diferentes áreas de la organización en temas de gestión humana.

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria en Psicología Industrial, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia comprobada en reclutamiento y selección de personal operativo, idealmente en empresas manufactureras o con personal de planta.
  • Conocimiento y aplicación de metodologías de mejora continua como ISO 9001, FSC 22000, Lean Six Sigma o similares.
  • Experiencia diseñando y ejecutando programas de capacitación, desarrollo de talento y gestión del desempeño.
  • Experiencia en implementación de políticas y procesos de Recursos Humanos orientados a la retención y desarrollo del talento.
