Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first line support for users of selected IT group applications (SAP VIM, SAP Concur, Coupa, Weissr Capex, ServiceNow) on behalf of local companies from the Orbia group;
  • Administration and granting accesses to users of selected group applications;
  • Active support for users of local companies and SSC with knowledge of group applications and participation in the development of further functionalities;
  • Participation in implementation of new IT applications in companies from the group;
  • Carrying out system tests and user trainings;
  • Solving issues and being a point of contact/facilitator between IT and applications’ end users;
  • Direct contact with the applications’ providers;
  • Active participation in standardization and optimization of the transferred processes;
  • Participation in Shared Service Center development for Orbia group.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SAP VIM and e-invoicing process will be crucial;
  • Knowledge of systems such as SAP, SAP Concur, Coupa, Weissr Capex, ServiceNow will be highly appreciated;
  • Experience in Product Owner role will be nice to have;
  • Understanding of business processes and IT systems management standards;
  • Skills in IT area;
  • Cognitive curiosity, drive towards self-reliant verification and analysis of system possibilities and their development;
  • Innovative and proactive approach to opportunities created by changes and flexibility;
  • Very good communication and organizational skills;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite – particularly MS Excel;
  • Advanced knowledge of English language;
  • Experience in project management will be highly appreciated;
  • Experience of working within SSC area will be highly appreciated.
