Estamos atualmente procurando uma Pessoa Supervisora de Manutenção para se juntar a nós em Suape/PE. Se você quer fazer a diferença e trabalhar para uma empresa com propósito, verifique os requisitos necessários.

Principais desafios da função:

Garantir a manutenção dos quadros de colaboradores através da gestão da equipe abrangendo contratações, demissões e promoções de pessoal;

Analisar o programa de produção, propondo ajustes quando necessários junto à área de PCP;

Solicitar orçamentos de materiais e serviços externos;

Responsável pela gestão predial para manutenção preventivas e corretivas de todas as instalações físicas do parque fabril;

Implementar novas tecnologias, métodos e organização de trabalhos, estoques, indicadores do processo;

Aplicar os controles de perdas dentro de sua área de responsabilidade conforme padrão de desempenho, assegurando que os empregados cumpram com os procedimentos de operação;

Garantir a segurança dos colaboradores através do cumprimento aos regulamentos de saúde e segurança e manter a atitude de que todos os acidentes podem ser prevenidos.

Como requisitos básicos, você deve ter:

Formação Superior Completa em Engenharia, Tecnologia Industrial ou Automação Industrial.

Você se destaca, se tiver:

Normas de segurança;

SAP para manutenção;

Inglês intermediário.
