Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar a estratégia comercial da regional Sudeste para o segmento de Cana-de-Açúcar, garantindo crescimento sustentável e alcance dos resultados.
  • Desenvolver e fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes, cooperativas, distribuidores e parceiros estratégicos.
  • Gerir indicadores de desempenho, orçamento e rentabilidade da região, assegurando excelência na execução comercial.
  • Liderar, desenvolver e engajar equipes de alta performance, promovendo uma cultura de resultados e colaboração.
  • Garantir a implementação da estratégia comercial, atuando de forma integrada com áreas internas e apoiando o crescimento dos negócios.
  • Expandir a presença da Netafim no mercado sucroenergético, identificando oportunidades e impulsionando novos negócios.

Requisitos:

  • Graduação completa em Agronomia, Gestão Comercial, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida com o mercado de cana-de-açúcar na região Sudeste.
  • Vivência no relacionamento com cooperativas e canais de distribuição.
  • Experiência em liderança e gestão de equipes.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes.
