Bij Netafim zijn we op zoek naar een Planner die ons team in Rucphen komt versterken. Als Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, bewaken en optimaliseren van de productieplanning. Je analyseert orderstromen, capaciteiten en beschikbare middelen en vertaalt deze naar een haalbare en efficiënte planning. Daarmee ben jij een onmisbare schakel tussen supply chain, productie, planning en klantenservice en lever je een directe bijdrage aan een stabiel productieproces en hoge leverbetrouwbaarheid.

In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het organiseren en optimaliseren van de totale materiaal- en productieplanning;
  • Het verzorgen en monitoren van order- en productiestromen;
  • Het afstemmen en communiceren met productie en klantenservice;
  • Het laten aansluiten van de planning op beschikbare mensen, machines en middelen;
  • Het bewaken van de juiste voorraad en het uitvoeren van (regelmatige) tellingen;
  • Het monitoren van de goederenstroom en het gebruik van grondstoffen en haspelvoorraad;
  • Databeheer SAP/ERP;
  • Opstellen & analyseren van rapportages m.b.t. KPI’s.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 2–3 jaar relevante werkervaring (ervaring in een productieomgeving is een pré);
  • Zeer vaardig met Microsoft Office, met name Excel;
  • Gevorderde kennis van Excel (macro’s/VBA), bekendheid met AI-tools of -toepassingen is een pré;
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen zoals Oracle of SAP is gewenst;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, je handelt pro-actief en bent een echte teamplayer;
  • Hands-on mentaliteit, analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en oog voor detail;
  • Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een werkweek van 36 of 40 uur;
  • Een salaris tussen € 3.000,- en € 3.800,- bruto per maand, passend bij jouw ervaring en profiel;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 per kilometer;
