Über die Rolle

Wir suchen einen Global Talent Executive / Inhouse Recruiter (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres wachsenden People & Talent Acquisition Teams in Berlin.

Diese Position eignet sich ideal für Personen, die eine langfristige Karriere im Bereich Recruiting, HR und Talent Management in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld aufbauen möchten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung des gesamten End-to-End-Recruiting-Prozesses (Stellenausschreibung, Active Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Angebotsphase und Onboarding)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Managern zur Definition von Anforderungsprofilen und idealen Kandidatenprofilen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Talentpools und Kandidatenpipelines
  • Nutzung und Optimierung unseres Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Employer Branding und Active Sourcing
  • Weiterentwicklung von HR- und Recruiting-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung im Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im internen Recruiting (Inhouse) oder im Agentur-Recruiting
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließendes Englisch (C1-Niveau) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2-Niveau)
  • Proaktive, hands-on Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem schnellen, internationalen Umfeld
  • Leidenschaft für Menschen, Recruiting und Teamaufbau
