ORDERYOYO’s Mission: Wir helfen Imbissen und Restaurants, online erfolgreich zu sein, indem wir ihnen personalisierte, gebrandete Mobile Apps, Websites und maßgeschneidertes Marketing anbieten. Unser Ziel ist es sicherzustellen, dass kleine und mittelgroße Restaurants sowie kleinere Ketten nicht unter hohen Provisionen leiden – und ihnen die volle Kontrolle über ihren eigenen Erfolg zu geben!

Das erwartet Sie: Dein Arbeitsalltag dreht sich darum, unseren Restaurant-Partnern zu helfen und sie zu unterstützen: Du kommunizierst mit Kund:innen, löst ihre Anliegen und übernimmst administrative Aufgaben – per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat.

• Betreuung unserer Restaurant-Partner per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat – du reagierst aufihre Anfragen und hilfst aktiv weiter • Durchführung von administrativen Aufgaben wie Menüänderungen, Finanzanfragen, Urlaubsabsprachen, Fehlerbehebungen in App oder Webseite sowie Unterstützung anderer interner Teams • Bearbeitung von E-Mail-Anfragen unserer Partner, z. B. zur Aktualisierung von Liefergebieten/-gebühren, Hochladen neuer Bilder, Überprüfung stornierter Bestellungen oder Besprechung kommender Aktionen • Aufbau einer starken Kundenbeziehung & durchgehend exzellenter Service • Problemlösungen mit dem Ziel der Erstlösung
