Wir sorgen dafür, dass kleine und mittelständische Restaurants sowie kleine Ketten nicht von hohen Provisionen abhängig sind, sondern die volle Kontrolle über ihren eigenen Erfolg behalten.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Google My Business Executive spielst du eine zentrale Rolle für den digitalen Erfolg unserer Restaurant-Partner:

  • Tägliche Outbound-Anrufe bei bestehenden Restaurant-Partnern rund um deren Google My Business (GMB)
  • Erreichen von Zielen im Bereich GMB-Reclaims
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Onboarding-Team, um sicherzustellen, dass alle neuen Partner korrekt auf GMB eingerichtet und von OrderYOYO verwaltet werden
  • Optimierung und Pflege von verifizierten GMB-Profilen
  • Überwachung von GMB-Benachrichtigungen, Anfragen und Claims
  • Bearbeitung von Eskalationen aus dem Support im Zusammenhang mit GMB
  • Zusammenarbeit mit BDMs und Telesales-Agenten zur Einwandbehandlung
