The role
The Onboarding Associate role combines restaurant onboarding, customer success and commercial growth.
You'll guide new restaurant partners through their onboarding journey, helping them get set up and live on the OrderYOYO platform as smoothly and efficiently as possible. But your role doesn't stop when they go live.
You'll also work with existing partners to understand how their online businesses are performing, identify opportunities to improve results and recommend practical ways to increase orders and revenue.
From creating restaurant profiles and digitising menus to analysing account data and proactively calling partners, you'll play an important role in helping restaurants get the very best from their OrderYOYO partnership.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where communication, attention to detail, commercial curiosity and a proactive attitude will help you succeed.
What you'll be doing
Restaurant Onboarding
- Manage the onboarding journey from initial sign-up through to the restaurant going live.
- Proactively contact restaurant partners to guide them through each stage of the process, answer questions and keep things moving.
- Create and maintain restaurant profiles, including digitising menus, updating apps and ensuring information is accurate and presented to a high standard.
- Work towards onboarding deadlines and help partners launch within agreed timeframes.
- Take ownership of each restaurant's progress during its first 60 days, identifying potential roadblocks and resolving issues before they affect the launch.
- Educate restaurant partners on the platform and help them feel confident using their new digital tools.
Customer Success & Commercial Growth
- Proactively call restaurant partners to check in, build relationships and understand how they're getting on.
- Review restaurant account data and performance to identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience.
- Recommend practical menu optimisations, such as highlighting best-selling dishes, introducing offers and meal deals, and adding checkout suggestions for drinks, sides and extras.
- Share ideas and recommendations with restaurant partners and help put agreed improvements into action.
- Identify opportunities to help partners increase orders, improve average order value and get more value from the platform.
- Monitor partner performance, follow up on recommendations and help ensure restaurants continue to benefit from their OrderYOYO partnership.
Teamwork & Performance
- Manage your workload effectively, balancing onboarding deadlines with proactive customer outreach.
- Keep account information and progress updates accurate so the wider team has clear visibility.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve challenges and deliver a consistent partner experience.
- Take ownership of your targets, monitor your progress and look for ways to improve your performance.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone with the right attitude, energy and ambition. Previous experience is beneficial, but we're more interested in your willingness to learn, confidence speaking to people and desire to make a difference.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, onboarding or another customer-facing role would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. We'll support you with the training and guidance you need to develop.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, with a choice of shifts:
- 9am–5pm
- 9:30am–5:30pm
- 10am–6pm
