Opportunity awaits! Do you enjoy helping people navigate complex situations and connect with resources that can make a difference in their lives? As a Benefits Support Staff, you’ll be a welcoming first point of contact for individuals and families seeking assistance and an important part of a team committed to serving the community.

  • Experience accurately entering data and reviewing documents to identify and correct errors or missing information.
  • Experience collaborating with team members to accomplish shared goals, coordinate work, and adapt to different perspectives or work approaches.
  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Experience providing customer service to individuals experiencing traumatic stress, including using de-escalation techniques to address concerns and support positive outcomes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
