Op onze site in Heist-op-den-Berg produceren en verpakken we impactvolle geneesmiddelen en oplossingen voor een gezonder leven. Met meer dan 900 medewerkers verzenden we jaarlijks meer dan honderd verschillende producten en zo'n 160 miljoen verpakkingen. Maintenance Technician Packaging & Process Installations – weekend

De functie

In deze fulltime functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, het oplossen van storingen en het verbeteren van verpakkings- en procesinstallaties binnen een GMP-productieomgeving. Je werkt in een afwisselend weekendrooster:

Weekend 1: vrijdag 18u00 - zaterdag 06u00 en zaterdag 18u00 - zondag 06u00.

Weekend 2: zaterdag 06u00 - 18u00 en zondag 06:00 - 18u00.

Naast je vaste weekenduren (24 uur per week) werk je verspreid over het jaar nog ongeveer 36 extra uren tijdens weekdagen. Deze worden onder andere ingezet voor opleidingen, trainingen en werkoverleg. Om je optimaal voor te bereiden op de functie voorzien we een uitgebreid opleidingstraject van 6 tot 12 maanden in een vroege- en late ploeg. Tijdens deze periode maak je kennis met de installaties, processen en werkwijzen. Zodra je voldoende kennis en ervaring hebt opgebouwd, stroom je door naar de weekendploeg.

Welkom in ons team

De afdeling Facility Management (FM) bestaat uit circa 50 medewerkers en is verantwoordelijk voor het technische onderhoud en beheer van installaties in de fabriek, zoals stoom, koelwater, HVAC, elektrische installaties maar ook productie machines. Je zal komen te werken in een team, dat ofwel (verpakkings-) machines onderhoudt ofwel process installaties, zoals clean en black utilities, purified water systemen, stoominstallaties en water for injections installaties onderhoudt.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan verpakkings- en procesinstallaties.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en pneumatische storingen.
  • Ondersteunen van productie bij technische problemen en lijnoptimalisaties.
  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten gericht op betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem (SAP).
  • Garanderen van naleving van GMP-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
  • Begeleiden van externe contractors tijdens onderhoudswerkzaamheden.

Vereiste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden

Opleiding & ervaring

  • Bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in een technische richting.Ook A2-technici met relevante werkervaring komen zeker in aanmerking.
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Basisvaardigheden in het werken met een draai- en/of freesbank.

Technische kennis

  • Sterke mechanische kennis en inzicht.
  • Goede kennis van:Elektriciteit en sensortechnologie Industriële automatisering Pneumatiek en hydraulica
  • Ervaring met of kennis van procesinstallaties, zoals:Pompen Mengers Tanks Filtersystemen HVAC-installaties Perslucht- en stoomsystemen Waterbehandelingssystemen
  • Basiskennis van PLC-diagnose en storingsanalyse.

Persoonlijke competenties

  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en analytisch inzicht.
  • Veiligheidsbewust, kwaliteitsgericht en nauwkeurig.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit met een proactieve aanpak.
  • Teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en prioriteiten kunnen stellen.
  • Flexibel en bereid deel te nemen aan wachtdiensten.
  • Zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.

Gewenste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden

  • Ervaring binnen een farmaceutische, voedings- of andere GMP-omgeving.
  • Ervaring met verpakkingsmachines, bijvoorbeeld:IWK tube filling- en kartonneermachines Uhlmann blister- en kartonneermachines Bosch verpakkings- en procesinstallaties
  • Ervaring met kalibraties.
  • Kennis van SAP
  • Kennis van de Engelse taal.
