Op onze site in Heist-op-den-Berg produceren en verpakken we impactvolle geneesmiddelen en oplossingen voor een gezonder leven. Met meer dan 900 medewerkers verzenden we jaarlijks meer dan honderd verschillende producten en zo'n 160 miljoen verpakkingen. Technieker Automatisatie

De functie

Als Technieker Automatisatie werk je in een twee- ploegen systeem (vroege/ late) en versterk je de technische dienst in onze sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving. Je garandeert een stabiel en efficiënt productieproces door technische storingen snel en doelgericht op te lossen. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je hands-on onderhoudswerk met uitdagende automatisatie- en optimalisatieprojecten. Samen met je collega-techniekers, engineering en het automatisatieteam zorg je voor betrouwbare, veilige en toekomstbestendige installaties.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Onderhoud & Storing: Je lost acute storingen op en voert preventief en predictief onderhoud uit aan procesinstallaties, clean- en black utilities. Zowel op Automatisatie elektrisch, mechanisch als pneumatisch vlak.
  • Automatisatie: Je zoekt storingen uit in PLC-gestuurde systemen, leest in- en uitgangen uit, je kijkt verbindingen via Profibus en Profinet na en vervangt of plaatst componenten bij. Je voert kleine programma-aanpassingen door, optimaliseert HMI's en werkt mee aan verbeteringsprojecten.
  • Kalibratie & Administratie: Je voert kalibraties uit van onze installaties en houdt technische documentatie en elektrische schema’s via Eplan nauwkeurig up-to-date.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

Technische verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Preventieve en predictieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren.
  • Kalibraties uitvoeren volgens onze kalibratieprocedures en kalibratiemethodes. Hierbij hoort ook de justeren van de meetinstrumenten.
  • Verbeteringen aanbrengen en uitvoeren. Hierbij zelf mee op zoek gaan naar mogelijke verbeteringen. Het probleem definiëren, een oplossing zoeken en implementeren.
  • Data vanuit PI kunnen analyseren.

Algemene verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Na een trainingsprogramma dien je de procedures die hier aan bod zijn gekomen te kennen en deze toe te passen in de praktijk.
  • We verwachten enige flexibiliteit. Doordat er prioriteiten kunnen wijzigen moeten je hierop kunnen inspelen.
  • Veiligheidsrichtlijnen dienen strikt gevolgd te worden. PBM's, LOTO, vergunningen.
  • Documenteren en rapporteren van alle uitgevoerde werkzaamheden is een must.
  • Een duidelijke communicatie geven met zowel mensen binnen de eigen afdeling als met de mensen van afdelingen waar je support aan geeft.
  • Meedraaien in een wachtsysteem.

Vereiste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden

  • Diploma: Minimum technische opleiding niveau A1, graduaat of bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring: Een eerste ervaring binnen een onderhoudsafdeling, kennis van meet en regeltechniek, elektriciteit, pneumatica.
  • Basiskennis van het Engels voor externe contacten en het opzoeken van documentatie.
  • Kennis van automatisatie.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je kan goed zelfstandig werken, maar hebt er ook geen problemen mee om in team te werken.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegen systeem te werken. Na een inwerkperiode zal je ook ingeschakeld worden voor de wachtdienst.

Gewenste opleiding, werkervaring en vaardigheden

  • Bachelor automatisatie.
  • Kennis van Danfoss, Pilz, Eplan, Siemens WinCC en Siemens PCS7.
  • Kennis van Siemens TIA Portal en Siemens Step 7 zowel in LAD, FBD, SCL als STL.
  • Kennis van Kalibratie.
