AI Architect (Arquitecto de IA)

Buscamos un AI Architect con sólida experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas de datos y soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial y Machine Learning (IA/ML), capaz de traducir las necesidades del negocio en diseños técnicos escalables, definiendo los componentes de software, infraestructura e integración necesarios para implementar soluciones tecnológicas.

La persona será responsable de establecer lineamientos de arquitectura, tomar decisiones técnicas y coordinar la integración de servicios, datos y aplicaciones, colaborando estrechamente con los equipos de ingeniería, datos y negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar arquitecturas técnicas para casos de uso de Inteligencia Artificial y Machine Learning.
  • Traducir los requerimientos del negocio en soluciones técnicas, definiendo componentes de software, infraestructura y servicios necesarios.
  • Diseñar arquitecturas de datos y modelos que soporten soluciones de IA/ML.
  • Definir estrategias de integración entre aplicaciones, servicios cloud, APIs y fuentes de datos.
  • Diseñar y establecer lineamientos para el desarrollo e integración de APIs.
  • Definir procesos de orquestación de datos y servicios para garantizar la interoperabilidad de las soluciones.
  • Evaluar tecnologías y servicios de nube para seleccionar las alternativas más adecuadas de acuerdo con los requerimientos técnicos y operativos.
  • Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería, datos y negocio para asegurar la viabilidad técnica y la correcta implementación de las soluciones.
  • Establecer buenas prácticas de arquitectura, escalabilidad, seguridad y mantenibilidad.
  • Participar en la toma de decisiones técnicas relacionadas con el diseño y evolución de las soluciones de IA.

Requisitos

  • Sólida experiencia en diseño de arquitectura de soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas de datos y modelado de soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial y Machine Learning.
  • Experiencia en integración de servicios cloud, preferentemente en AWS.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en diseño e integración de APIs.
  • Experiencia en orquestación e integración de datos y servicios.
  • Capacidad para traducir requerimientos de negocio en arquitecturas y especificaciones técnicas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y colaboración con equipos técnicos y stakeholders de negocio.
  • Inglés avanzado, tanto oral como escrito.

Conocimientos deseables

  • Experiencia con servicios y herramientas del ecosistema AWS.
  • Conocimiento de patrones de arquitectura para soluciones de IA/ML.
  • Experiencia en diseño de soluciones escalables, seguras y de alta disponibilidad.
  • Familiaridad con prácticas de integración y automatización de procesos de datos.

  • Capacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas y resolver problemas complejos.
  • Comunicación efectiva de conceptos técnicos a audiencias técnicas y de negocio.

  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad para priorizar requerimientos de arquitectura.

Ubicación y esquema de trabajo

  • Cliente: Palacio de Hierro.
  • Ubicación: Oficinas en Moliere, Ciudad de México.
  • Modalidad: Híbrida, con asistencia de 1 a 3 días por semana a las oficinas.
