Experience: 10+ years

Work Location: Onsite

Engagement: Dedicated enterprise AI and Microsoft cloud transformation program

Role Type: Executive advisory, business transformation, and AI value realization

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Adoption Advisor to partner with senior client leaders in driving enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, enterprise AI agents, and related Microsoft cloud capabilities.

The role will help business executives identify high-value AI opportunities, align adoption initiatives with strategic objectives, redesign ways of working, and establish measurable business outcomes from the organization's Microsoft 365 E7 investment.

Working closely with executive sponsors, business function leaders, IT leadership, and Orion's technical and change management teams, the advisor will translate AI capabilities into actionable business transformation initiatives and sustainable adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage executive sponsors and business leaders to define the AI adoption vision, strategic priorities, and expected business outcomes.
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across business functions, considering business value, feasibility, adoption readiness, risk, and time to value.
  • Develop executive-level adoption roadmaps aligned with the Microsoft 365 E7 rollout and enterprise AI strategy.
  • Advise leaders on how Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and custom AI solutions can transform workflows, employee productivity, and business operations.
  • Facilitate executive workshops, leadership briefings, business value discovery sessions, and transformation planning discussions.
  • Establish business outcome measures and value realization frameworks covering productivity, process efficiency, employee experience, quality, and operational performance.
  • Help business leaders identify workflow redesign opportunities and changes required to realize benefits from AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement strategies that build leadership sponsorship, accountability, and organizational commitment to AI adoption.
  • Partner with the Change/Adoption Engineer and Copilot Trainer to translate executive priorities into functional adoption plans, targeted enablement, and employee engagement activities.
  • Work with solution architects and technical teams to ensure proposed AI use cases align with business needs and realistic platform capabilities.
  • Establish executive dashboards and reporting mechanisms to communicate adoption progress, business value, key risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify barriers to adoption, competing priorities, and organizational dependencies; recommend interventions to accelerate value realization.
  • Capture success stories, business outcomes, and lessons learned to support enterprise-wide scaling and leadership engagement.
  • Advise on responsible AI adoption, ensuring that business objectives remain aligned with enterprise governance and risk requirements.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in business transformation, technology consulting, digital adoption, enterprise advisory, or strategic program leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging senior executives and business stakeholders to shape transformation initiatives and drive organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise productivity, workflow transformation, operating models, and technology-enabled business improvement.
  • Experience identifying business use cases, developing adoption roadmaps, and defining measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to connect technology capabilities to business value, operating efficiency, employee experience, and organizational priorities.
  • Experience facilitating executive workshops, presenting recommendations, managing stakeholder expectations, and influencing decisions.
  • Strong business case development, strategic analysis, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical architects, delivery teams, change management specialists, and governance stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience advising clients on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365 E7, enterprise GenAI adoption, or AI-enabled productivity transformation.
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Agent 365, and enterprise agent use cases.
  • Experience defining AI adoption KPIs, productivity measurement approaches, business value dashboards, and benefits realization frameworks.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management practices, operating model design, and workforce transformation.
  • Experience working with large enterprises across multiple business functions or geographies.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI, enterprise AI governance, data protection, and risk-aware adoption.
  • Relevant certifications in business transformation, change management, strategy, or Microsoft technologies.

Expected Outcomes

  • An executive-aligned AI adoption vision and prioritized business opportunity roadmap.
  • Strong executive sponsorship and clear business ownership for priority AI initiatives.
  • Defined business value measures and a framework for tracking realized benefits.
  • Actionable recommendations for workflow redesign and AI-enabled productivity improvements.
  • Improved alignment between business priorities, technology implementation, change management, and training.
  • Executive reporting that communicates adoption progress, value realization, risks, and scaling opportunities.
  • A sustainable leadership model for expanding AI adoption across the organization.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
