Location

Goshen, IN | Full-Time | On-Site

Join our welcoming Goshen office, where you'll collaborate closely with experienced attorneys, develop your courtroom confidence, and build a rewarding legal career in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Note:

An active Indiana Bar license and Juris Doctor (JD) are required. We welcome junior attorneys and newly licensed candidates who are eager to develop their litigation careers. 1+ years of civil litigation experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Description

  • Handle a variety of civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
  • Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies.
  • Work directly with clients to evaluate claims, manage disputes, and provide practical legal guidance.
  • Collaborate with experienced litigators while developing your advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Indiana.
  • 1+ years of civil litigation experience preferred; newly licensed attorneys encouraged to apply.
  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Interest in courtroom advocacy, civil disputes, and litigation strategy.
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working collaboratively with a legal team.
