Location

Goshen, IN | Full-Time | On-Site

Join our welcoming Goshen office, where you'll collaborate with experienced attorneys, build strong client relationships, and develop your corporate and business law expertise in a supportive, hands-on environment.

Note:

An active Indiana Bar license and Juris Doctor (JD) are required. We welcome junior attorneys and newly licensed candidates eager to build their careers in corporate and business law. 1+ years of relevant experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Description

  • Advise business clients on corporate governance, business planning, and everyday legal matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, operating agreements, and corporate documents.
  • Assist with business formation, entity structuring, and organizational matters.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, business sales, and other corporate transactions.
  • Coordinate transaction closings with clients, lenders, accountants, and other professionals.
  • Conduct legal research, assist with financing transactions, and develop practical solutions to business challenges.
  • Work closely with experienced attorneys while building your own client relationships and transactional skills.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Indiana.
  • 1+ years of corporate or business law experience preferred; newly licensed attorneys encouraged to apply.
  • Experience or interest in contracts, entity formation, business transactions, or corporate governance.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while managing responsibilities independently.
