Location

Cumming, GA | Full-Time | Hybrid

Potential annual compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000+, depending on your portable book of business, revenue generation, and individually negotiated compensation structure.

Note

Candidates must have an active Georgia Bar license in good standing, 6+ years of legal experience in at least one of our target practice areas, and an established, portable book of business. This opportunity is designed for experienced attorneys who want to bring their client relationships to a firm that supports long-term practice growth.

Job Description

  • Bring and grow an established, portable book of business while maintaining trusted, long-term client relationships.
  • Lead legal matters independently within your area of expertise, delivering strategic, business-focused legal counsel.
  • Represent clients in one or more practice areas, including healthcare law, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, construction law, estate planning, employment law, intellectual property, cybersecurity and data privacy, or real estate law.
  • Advise clients on sophisticated legal matters, transactions, negotiations, and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions and develop new business opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for client development, cross-referrals, and practice expansion.
  • Leverage our administrative resources, advanced legal technology, and operational support to focus on serving clients and growing your practice.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
  • 6+ years of practicing law in at least one of our target practice areas.
  • Established portable book of business with client relationships that can realistically transition to a new firm.
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing client matters and relationships.
  • Strong business development, client origination, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent legal judgment, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in growing a long-term legal practice.
  • Previous partner, senior counsel, or practice leadership experience is a plus.
