En Oro Verde Hotels buscamos un(a) Analista de Compras para apoyar la gestión de compras de la cadena, asegurando el abastecimiento oportuno de productos y servicios, el seguimiento a proveedores y el cumplimiento de las condiciones comerciales establecidas.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestionar solicitudes de compra y cotizaciones, comparando precios, condiciones comerciales, tiempos de entrega y calidad.
  • Solicitar, analizar y negociar cotizaciones con proveedores, buscando las mejores condiciones para la operación.
  • Elaborar y dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra, asegurando su correcta ejecución y cumplimiento.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de proveedores, precios, productos y condiciones comerciales.
  • Dar seguimiento a entregas, novedades y reclamos con proveedores, coordinando con las áreas solicitantes.
  • Apoyar en procesos de compras para proyectos de inversión (CAPEX), remodelaciones, equipos, mobiliario y otros requerimientos de las propiedades.
  • Elaborar reportes y análisis de compras, precios y comportamiento de proveedores para apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • Apoyar en la búsqueda, evaluación y desarrollo de nuevos proveedores.
  • Cumplir y dar seguimiento a las políticas y procedimientos corporativos de compras.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería Comercial, Comercio Exterior, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Compras, Abastecimiento o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en negociación y manejo de proveedores.
  • Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio-avanzado.
  • Experiencia en manejo de sistemas ERP; deseable SAP Business One.
  • Capacidad de análisis, organización, seguimiento y negociación.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente a las diferentes propiedades de la cadena.
