As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our control systems. You will be responsible for designing, programming, and testing control systems to meet the specific requirements of our clients. You will also provide technical support and guidance to our team of engineers and work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial automation projects - Create and review technical specifications, functional specifications, and other project documentation - Program PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices using various programming languages - Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems to ensure they meet performance and safety standards - Provide technical support and guidance to team members and project managers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems with other components - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in control system technology - Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders - Mentor and train junior engineers on control system design and programming best practices - Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, regulations, and codes of practice

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in control system design and programming - Strong knowledge of PLC programming and HMI design - Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram - Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as NEC, UL, and CE - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
