Our mission is to support the fight against terrorism, drug trafficking, illegal immigration, and trade fraud. We offer a wide range of scanning system configurations that utilise low-, medium-, and high-energy X-ray technologies—individually or in combination—to meet the specific security needs of our customers.

This position primarily covers the North West, North East, and Midlands regions, supporting a diverse customer base including airports, government facilities, prisons, critical infrastructure sites, transportation hubs, and commercial environments. You will play a key role in maintaining the safety and security of these vital locations through the effective servicing and support of advanced security screening equipment.

  • Deliver remote technical support to customers and distributor engineers, ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality teams to support installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with the ability to resolve technical issues independently.
  • Experience with X-ray, CT, security screening, medical imaging, or similar high-tech equipment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, electronics, hydraulics, high-voltage systems, or industrial engineering equipment would be advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
